Services

FAS Information Technology provides comprehensive information technology services and support to the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, including faculty, staff and student populations. FAS Information Technology partners with academic departments to meet instructional, research, and administrative needs by providing services and consultation on matters relating to information technology.

Service Desk

FAS Information Technology provides desktop support to all FAS affiliates through the service desk located in the basement of the Science Center. Full-time and part-time staff provide full support including in-person service desk support, phone support, email support, and in-office appointments. Extended phone support is offered through a centralized line for all faculty, staff and students (617-495-9000).
